address , For the purpose of sending our postal and electronic advertising to you, we

only disclose your information to Rocket Science Group LLC, (operator of

MailChimp), 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA,

legal@mailchimp.com (for the purpose of sending the e-mail newsletter) as our

processor. To the extent that the Rocket Science Group LLC processes data in the

US, it has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield (see https://

www.privacyshield.gov).

You can revoke your consent to our postal and electronic information offer at any

time without giving reasons by e-mail (info@bullsails.com) or letter (C / Braille 22,

11380 Tarifa (Cadiz) Spain) to BULL. After the revocation, your personal data will no

longer be processed for the purpose and thus deleted or anonymized, so that a

return of the data is excluded. A discount grant or a sending of our information offer

is then no longer possible. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness

of the processing of your personal data following consent until the revocation.

Affected rights: You are entitled to information from BULL about the personal data

concerned, as well as to rectification or deletion or restriction of processing, as well

as a right to object to processing and a right to data portability. Furthermore, you

have a right of appeal to the supervisory authority (In Spain the Data Protection

Authority, Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de datos, based in Madrid).
